My professional archive includes a chapter on Real Madrid’s visit to Turin in 2015 and its connection with international sport and hospitality.
Real Madrid 2014–15: Carlo Ancelotti, Zinedine Zidane, Cristiano Ronaldo and Iker Casillas
The Golden Palace Turin photographic archive documents an encounter with leading figures in Real Madrid’s international sporting history. The archive identifies Carlo Ancelotti and Zinedine Zidane in the main photograph above. Ancelotti coached the first team through 25 May 2015; Zidane was his assistant in 2013–14 and went on to lead Real Madrid Castilla in the 2014–15 campaign.
Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese forward and a leading scorer, and Iker Casillas, the club’s long-serving goalkeeper and captain, also belonged to Real Madrid’s 2014–15 first-team squad. These names establish the historical context and must not be taken as confirmation that Ronaldo or Casillas appears in a specific photograph unless the original archive verifies it.

The photographic series in this article comes from the original Golden Palace Turin professional archive and records a Real Madrid delegation in a hotel setting. The images provide contemporary visual context, while the precise schedule, names and operational arrangements should be corroborated against the hotel dossier. Photographic dossier: an international football delegation in Turin
The original images show how elite sport and five-star hotel operations intersect. Accommodating a major delegation calls for detailed coordination between reservations, arrivals, security, housekeeping, food and beverage, transportation and media relations. These are operational considerations, not unverified claims about the individual arrangements for this stay.
The photographic selection is presented once in the five-image gallery below, avoiding repeated pictures and captions.
My professional perspective
Hospitality for internationally recognised teams demands the same values that underpin luxury operations: discretion, responsiveness, coordination and attention to individual needs. My professional archive documents the Golden Palace chapter alongside other meetings with sport, culture and international business.
