On 21 April 2006, Europa Press reported that Hotel Amura Alcobendas received the Q de Calidad Turística certification from the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute (ICTE). The distinction came during Carlos Almagro’s tenure as general manager of Amura Hoteles. It also offers an opportunity to acknowledge the teams, procedures and shared commitment to service quality behind the achievement.
